Dear Friends, Family, and Patients,
We have missed you tremendously! We hope that during this time, you have kept yourselves, your family and friends well, happy, and safe.
The Carolina Facial Plastics staff would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this closure, and we are happy to announce that we did not have to furlough any of our staff. We have been hard at work preparing for your arrival, and the wait is over!
That being said, with the latest news reports that the curve is ‘flattening’ and due to modified Stay at Home orders for Charlotte, we are thrilled to announce phase 1 of our official re-opening.
Starting Monday, May 11th, we are available for all treatments and services!
We have also made some of the following changes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff:
- Patient Screening: Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
- Increased Cleanliness Procedures: We will ask you to wash your hands and wear your own mask when you enter the office.
- No More Waiting Rooms: Patients will wait in their car until their treatment room is ready. At that time, we will escort you directly into your clean room.
- Protective Equipment: Our staff will be wearing masks and gloves.
- Staggered Appointments: Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
- No Touch Policy: At the end of your appointment, you will be escorted out of the office to help implement the No Touch Policy from the office to the treatment room.
Virtual/Video Consultations & At Home Skincare
We will still be offering Virtual Appointments and Virtual Skincare Orders that can be shipped or set aside for curbside pickup.
Ensuring your safety and wellbeing is the utmost importance! Going the extra mile for you all will aid in this goal of ours.
