The patient came to the office after the engagement of one of her children. She was so excited about the upcoming wedding and came to the office to discuss facial rejuvenation options. She had severe dry eye syndrome before the procedure so she was not a candidate for an upper blepharoplasty or upper eyelid lift. After a long discussion before surgery, we came up with the following goals:
