Licensed in 26 U.S. states and New South Wales, Australia, Mischell’s career highlights include serving as Vice President of Operations for Elan Cosmetic Centers, pioneering medical spas in the United States. Her expertise extends across major university hospitals in Washington, D.C., consulting roles in Chicago, and management positions in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In 2018, Mischell expanded her practice internationally, working in Sydney, Australia, at the acclaimed Infinity Skin Clinic. Her dedication to patient care is exemplified by her regular 22-hour trips from Australia to Charlotte, maintaining relationships with her U.S. clientele.

A faculty member at Aesthetic Advancements Institute, Mischell is committed to advancing the field through education. She holds multiple certifications, including CoolSculpting® University, Sciton Laser, and various microneedling systems. Her expertise covers a wide range of treatments, from Dysport® for dynamic lines to advanced skin rejuvenation techniques.
