The Carolina Facial Plastics staff would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times, and we are happy to announce that we did not have to furlough any of our staff.
We have also made some of the following changes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff:
Patient Screening: Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
Increased Cleanliness Procedures: We will ask you to wash your hands and wear your own mask when you enter the office.
No More Waiting Rooms: Patients will wait in their car until their treatment room is ready. At that time, we will escort you directly into your clean room.
Protective Equipment: Our staff will be wearing masks and gloves.
Staggered Appointments: Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
No Touch Policy: At the end of your appointment, you will be escorted out of the office to help implement the No Touch Policy from the office to the treatment room.
