Your IPL Photofacial Experience
How long do BBL Hero IPL photofacial treatments take?
BBL Hero IPL treatments usually take 30 minutes or less, making them the perfect lunchtime procedures.
How many IPL treatments will I need?
Most people require 1-6 treatments spaced about one month apart. Those with more extensive sun damage will need 3-6 treatments, while those using the treatment for prevention may only need one treatment. Once desired results are obtained, we recommend a yearly BBL Hero IPL treatment to maintain the results and treat any additional sun damage that might appear.
How much does a BBL Hero IPL photofacial cost in Charlotte, NC?
A single IPL photofacial costs about $600 for the face and neck, but the price varies depending on your skin’s needs.
What areas can BBL Hero IPL treat?
The BBL Hero photofacial is ideal for treating skin redness, acne, pigmentation, telangiectasia (tiny veins), or brown spots on the face, neck, or décolleté. Light, low-contrast brown spots, which were previously difficult to resolve, respond very well to this treatment.
Is there downtime after IPL treatments?
You can resume your normal activities immediately after IPL treatments, but avoid excessive sweating for at least a few days.
Will redness and brown spots return?
Treated spots will not reappear, but new ones can develop with more sun damage. If new spots or vessels form, they can be treated with additional sessions. Remember to always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen when outdoors to minimize sun damage and the appearance of new spots and diffuse redness.
