Mini-Lift and Chemical Peel

Patient main concerns was the excess skin and jowling along the jawline, the hollowness and excess skin of the upper lids and the poor quality of the skin. The patient underwent a comfort mini-lift, upper lid blepharoplasty with fat re-positioning, and full face TCA chemical peel. The mini-lift helped angulate and define the neckline. The excess upper eyelid skin was removed and fat was re-position from the corner of the eye to the hollow area above the eye. If you look closely, you can appreciate the added volume in the upper eyelid area. The full face TCA chemical peel helped improved the quality of skin by improving the texture, fine lines, and discoloration of the skin.
