Neck Lift, Eyelid Lift and Brow Lift

This patient underwent a neck lift with platysmaplasty, upper blepharoplasty, and a 1 cm minimally invasive brow lift. This patient’s main concerns were the lack of definition in the neck and jawline and a heaviness of the upper eyelid region. In reviewing her results, she has dramatic improvement of the angulation and definition of the jawline from all angles. The upper blepharoplasty and brow lift removed the hooding and heaviness around the upper eyelids. The incisions just above the eyebrows and in front of the ears are well healed. This patient had great enhancement of her natural facial features, but when she walks down the street no one can tell she had facial plastic surgery.
