Teen rhinoplasty to straighten nose, reduce hump and define tip

This teenager underwent a rhinoplasty and chin implant to improve facial balance and proportions. The goal of her rhinoplasty was to take down the nasal hump, slightly rotate the tip, and bring the tip closer to the face. This created a more feminine and softer nose, but it still looks like a nose that she was born with. The patient also had a chin implant placed to strengthen and angulate the jawline. This also has the effect of making the nose look smaller on the profile view.
