Patient had a previous rhinoplasty, and she came to Dr. Kulbersh with multiple concerns. Her main concern was the shape and formation of the nasal tip. The tip was asymmetric and crooked from the front and was upturned or “piggy” form the side. She had alar retraction and crookedness of the nose from the front. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty to correct the above mentioned concerns. The nose was straighten, the tip was made symmetric, and the “piggy” nose was corrected using a multiple cartilage grafting and suture techniques. The patient was very nervous before she underwent surgery, but now thankful she chose to have surgery.
