Mischell Christmas, RN, BSN

Licensed in 26 U.S. states and New South Wales, Australia, Mischell’s career highlights include serving as Vice President of Operations for Elan Cosmetic Centers, pioneering medical spas in the United States. Her expertise extends across major university hospitals in Washington, D.C., consulting roles in Chicago, clinical roles in California, and management positions in Charlotte, which included aesthetic training roles across the country and abroad.

In 2018, Mischell expanded her practice internationally, working in Sydney, Australia, at the acclaimed Infinity Skin Clinic. Her dedication to patient care is exemplified by her regular 22-hour trips from Australia to Charlotte, maintaining relationships with her U.S. clientele. She returned to the Bay Area in 2019 and eventually back to Charlotte in 2022.

As a faculty member of Aesthetic Advancements Institute, the premier aesthetic educational company, Mischell has been honored and humbled to provide individualized and group training to medical professionals for over 15 years. She constantly seeks out additional training opportunities and is thrilled to have trained with some of the very best in the aesthetic industry, both nationally and internationally.

She holds multiple certifications, attends advanced continuing educational opportunities, and has trained with top experts in aesthetic medicine worldwide. Her expertise covers a wide range of treatments, from Dysport® for dynamic lines to advanced skin rejuvenation techniques.

Mischell’s approach combines extensive medical knowledge with a passion for natural, safe results. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a former marathon runner and WISH granter for Make-A-Wish, contributing to over a million dollars raised for the organization.

Currently based in Charlotte, Mischell continues to pursue advanced training globally, ensuring she remains at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
