About Dr. Kulbersh
Dr. Kulbersh is a Beverly Hills trained facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty surgery and other facial plastic surgery procedures. Each rhinoplasty is tailored to the patient’s individual needs and concerns. Consequently, the price is directly correlated with the complexity of the necessary procedure. A complex nose job entails more skill, advanced techniques, and time. For these reasons, the cost of rhinoplasty can greatly vary. For example, a revision rhinoplasty typically is more complex than a primary rhinoplasty; therefore a revision rhinoplasty would be more expensive.
When thinking about undergoing nasal enhancement, it is also important to understand the costs involved. There are three main fees that a patient is responsible for when undergoing a rhinoplasty; surgeon, facility, and anesthesia fees.
The complexity of rhinoplasty and the length of the procedure will determine the surgeon’s fee.
Dr. Kulbersh operates at Presbyterian Surgery Center Ballantyne, which is a fantastic outpatient facility center. The cost of the facility and the anesthesia is determined by the length of time of the surgery. A shorter case would be less expensive than a longer case.

The Care Credit Program
Carolina Facial Plastics understands that a rhinoplasty can be expensive. We offer financing through a program called Care Credit (www.carecredit.com). Care Credit offers a variety of financing options including:
- 6 month no interest plan
- 24, 36, 60 month plans with interest
It is easy to enroll in the Care Credit program. Patients can either apply online or over the phone. The patient care coordinator will be able to walk you through the process in the office. After approval, patients receive a Care Credit account number which can be used immediately at the office. The Care Credit program can be used to pay for the surgeon and anesthesia fees.
If Care Credit is not an option for patients, Carolina Facial Plastics will do whatever they can in order to make the payment process easy for their patients. Patients are also able to pay Carolina Facial Plastics at monthly intervals leading up to their surgery date.
Payment Schedule
If a patient decides to book surgery, here is a brief outline of how the costs will be paid:
- In order to secure a surgical date, a patient will be responsible for giving Carolina Facial Plastics 25% of the surgical fee.
- The remainder of the fee is due two weeks before surgery at the patient’s pre- op appointment. Carolina Facial Plastics accepts all forms of payment including cash, credit, check, debit or Care Credit.
